This is maintenance that you can do yourself (though the manual says you need a dealer to do it).
Every 1000 km/600 miles miles OR 6 months (whichever comes earlier, perform the following maintenance:

This maintenance schedule is in the same format as in the manual, though altered to fit this screen.
This scheduled maintenance chart is designed for a road use of the 1199 Panigale. If it is used on the track, even if not during sport competitions, all parts of the bike are more stressed so the routine maintenance operations must be carried out more frequently than indicated.

General Information on the 2014 Ducati 1199 Panigale S ABS
The motorcycle sports an 1198cc, Superquadro, L-Twin cylinder, 4 valve per cylinder, Desmodromic, liquid cooled engine that delivers a maximum output of 143 KW (195 Hp) at 10,750 rpm and 132 Nm (98.1 Lb-Ft) of torque at 9,000 rpm. The unit was designed to be the structural element of the frame as this architecture ensures the best weight distribution and robustness.
Aggressive design enhanced by full LED headlamps, front mudguard in carbon fibre, machined Marchesini rims, electronic control suspensions and adjustable Öhlins steering damper. With this racing outfit, the 1199 Panigale S is ready to enter the track and win the race against the clock.
