Regular maintenance for the 2019 Ducati Panigale V4 Speciale

This is maintenance that you can do yourself (though the manual says you need a dealer to do it).


Using the motorcycle under extreme conditions, such as very damp and muddy roads or dusty and dry environment, could cause above-average wear of components like the drive system, the brakes or the air filter. If the air filter is dirty, the engine could get damaged. Therefore, this might translate in required service or replacement of the wear parts earlier than specified in the scheduled maintenance chart.

Every 1000 km/600 miles miles OR 6 months (whichever comes earlier, perform the following maintenance:

Check engine oil level
Check brake fluid level
Check tyre pressure and wear
Check the drive chain tension and lubrication. f necessary, contact your dealer to
adjust components.
Check chain and sprocket for wear. If necessary, contact your dealer to replace
Check brake pads. If necessary, contact your Dealer to replace components

This maintenance schedule is in the same format as in the manual, though altered to fit this screen.


This scheduled maintenance chart is designed for a road use of the Panigale V4. If it is used on the track, even if not during sport competitions, all parts of the motorcycle are more stressed so the routine maintenance operations must be carried out more frequently than indicated.

General Information on the 2019 Ducati Panigale V4 Speciale

The Panigale V4 is the first production Ducati motorcycle to mount a four-cylinder engine, derived directly from the MotoGP Desmosedici. It’s a concentrate of Ducati technology, style and performance. With an engine displacement of 1,103 cm3, 214 hp and a power/weight ratio of 1.1 hp/kg, this bike sets a new standard in the supersport production bike segment and for 2019 is also available in the new livery Corse, inspired by the colors of the bikes that race in MotoGP.
